Prompt: Transitions With the arrival of fall, we enter a season of transition with new beginnings, endings, reflection, and renewal. In science and medicine, too, we move continually between stages, whether they be from pre-clinical to clinical, coursework to candidacy, or from student to resident. We invite you to explore the moments that mark change—the thresholds that define growth, transformation, and becoming. How do we navigate these in-between spaces? What do we carry forward, and what do we leave behind?
